Shipping Methods and Rates
We offer standard and express shipping methods through AusPost, charged at a flat rate with availability depending on your location within Australia. Unfortunately, we currently do not offer international shipping.
Orders over $150 will receive free standard shipping. For orders under $150, shipping rates will be calculated at checkout based on the weight of the products and the delivery location.
Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location within Australia and the time the order was placed. We aim to process your order within 3 business days. Once your order has been processed, it will be dispatched and delivered within 3 to 14 days depending on the shipping method you have selected.
After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email containing your order number and other details. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number, which you can use to track the delivery status of your order.
Delivery Attempts and Redirection
If no one is available to receive the delivery at the delivery address provided, AusPost will leave a card advising you to collect the parcel from the nearest post office. It is the customer’s responsibility to arrange for collection or re-delivery of the parcel. OptimalOnlineHolistic is not responsible for any delays or additional costs incurred due to failed delivery attempts or redirection.
Damaged or Lost Items
If your order is damaged or lost during delivery, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with you to resolve the issue and ensure that you receive a replacement or refund as necessary.
Please note that we are not responsible for any loss or damage of items that occur after they have been delivered to the delivery address specified by the customer.
