At OPTIMAL, we want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchases. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we offer a hassle-free returns process.
To be eligible for a return, the item(s) must meet the following criteria:
- The item must be in its original, unopened, and undamaged condition (unless a fault is reported) and include the original tags and packaging.
- Any shoes or glasses must be returned in their original, undamaged packaging (box) with tags and stickers for returns to be accepted.
If you wish to return an item, please follow the steps below:
- Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order to request a return authorization. We will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on how to proceed with the return.
- Pack the item securely in the original packaging (if possible). Please include the return authorization number on the outside of the package.
- Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping service. The customer is responsible for any shipping costs associated with the return.
- Once we receive the returned item and confirm that it meets the criteria above, we will issue a refund to the original payment method used to make the purchase. Please allow up to 14 business days for the refund to be processed and credited to your account.
Please note that returns are not accepted for the following items: candles, self-care products.
If the item you received is faulty or damaged, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue and ensure that you receive a replacement or refund as necessary. Please provide us with a description of the fault, as well as any supporting images, to assist us in processing your claim.
